Hi Carla,
I just got the same Plantronics M50. I also can not figure out how to
make calls using it. I called Plantronics and was told it does voice calls but
nnot siri. So, I turn it off, use siri, then turn it on again. I'd love to
hear if others are having more success with voice dialing or anything else with
Siri.
This is my first headset and it is rather nice over all.
