Hi, Open Settings, then General, then Accessibility, then VoiceOver. Double-tap the Typing Feedback button near the bottom left of the first screen in VoiceOver settings. There are two sections on this screen, Software Keyboards and Hardware Keyboards. In the Hardware Keyboards section, double-tap the option you want.
