Sounds like maybe some sort of program issue which only shows up with specific configurations.

That, or a setting on the phone which is set incorrectly.
Just guesses though.

Hi,

I tried turning the phone off and back on again and also uninstalled and
reinstalled. Neither helped.

Thanks anyway,

Don

Hi Don, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
Sometimes this will work. Perhaps also turning your iPhone off for a
few minutes, and then restarting it might help. God bless, Wren

I tried both stop and recording and am getting no response from the

I'll try it again though to be sure.

Thanks,

Don,

Are you sure it's recording? If it is in video mode right above the
home key are the Record and Stop buttons, i.e. it will be a Stop
button if it is recording and a Record button if it is not.

I'm pretty sure I am. The button says "still camera" so assume that
means it's in video mode. No response in speech or with voiceover,
so it seems to not be seeing anything.

Hi, I installed goggles last night and have been trying to get it
to
work. Usine an i4s with latest version of ios 6. I see there is
a
      free
version and a 99 cent version, so I got the 99 cent version.

The install went fine and the program runs, but I do not get any
male
voice at all and I can't seem to get it to identify anything, not
even
      an unknow.
I tried turning voiceover off, but no go.
Is there a setting somewhere I need to change?

I listened to the applevis podcast on googles and saw how it
should
      work
ane also speak. But, mine isn't doing any of that.

Anyone have any ideas as to what I can try to make the thing work?

Other picture apps such as taptapsee work fine.

Thanks for any help or suggestions,

      Don
