I used Goggles a week or so ago and it was fine, but now after I read about all the issues people are having I tried it last night and also found it didn't work for me any more. I already wrote to the developer, Sparkling Apps, and I will post any reply I get. Let's hope this is a bug and temporary. I do know that I am experiencing the same thing on my iPhone 4 and the latest updated Goggles. It just sits there, never saying a mumbling word. Though I admit that I wasn't always good at getting the readings that I wanted. Now though, I can't get it to say anything. I've checked the Goggles settings in the settings app of the phone and I have it set to have speech on and best result to no affect. I don't know what has suddenly changed. I even tried using a still capture image and it says nothing is ever recognized. I know I have lights on even if the flash on the phone itself isn't on. I'm using the 4s. My brother wondered if perhaps how much reception you have or data bars may have anything to do with it. That I don't know. I am in Ohio visiting family where I don't get the greatest signal but I don't think that would interfere in anyway. If anyone is able to shed light on the current problem it would be nice.
