I don't have the 1.3 version any more, either. Anyhow, I am not sure if you saw my message, but I did write to Sparkling Apps, the developer of Talking Goggles and received a reply 5 minutes later in which they said they would look into this. Let's give them a chance to do so, I saw a lot of complaints from people saying it wasn't working any more, but it appears nobody thought that maybe this should be brought to the attention of the developer or at least nobody said they had written to them.
