Oh of course! I was thinking of some special hot key in the email client.

BTW, control+shit+up-arrow only selects the previous line for me. I use control+shift+home to select everything from the current position to the top of the document. This is on my PC.

So you're right, if you want to delete that text from the body of the message you just use standard editing commands. The ones you mention below if you're using a bluetooth keyboard or the pinch gesture and the roter if you're using the on screen keyboard.

Control+Shift+Up Arrow is a standard Windows keystroke. It selects the text
from your current location to the top of the window. Then the text can be
deleted. With an iPhone, turn Quick Nav off, then down arrow until you come to
the first blank line after the text you want to delete. Press Shift Up Arrow
until all the text is selected, then press Backspace to delete it.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with this control+shift+up-arrow short cut, and I don't
know what screen reader, email client and operating system you're using on your
PC. I also don't understand why you can't just edit out this text from the
forwarded message. Maybe someone else knows how to do what you're asking for,
if it's possible.

I'm not sure what you mean. How is your computer getting rid of these
email messages? Couldn't you edit them out before sending the message?

Just wondering, how do you forward that email? I can see the reply
button, move, message, and mark message buttons but no forward button.
Any help is greatly appreciated. From Andrew
