Hi Chasity,
After you open Downcast, double tap on the Downloads tab (second from the right along the bottom) and there is a "Pause Download Queue" button at the top just after the "Downloads" heading. This will pause all downloads. Once you tab this the button will turn into "Enable Download Queue". Once the downloads are Paused, double tap the Edit button at the top left of the Downloads screen. Now you have a delete switch to the left of each item/podcast episode in the queue, you can double tap on that and double tap again when it asks you to confirm. This way you can delete all episodes from the download queue. If you don't want certain Podcasts or any Podcasts to download automatically, you can either change your Global settings or individual Podcast settings to never download unless you tell it to.
