Hello Eric, While you may already have done so, I did a quick Google search for "iOS Journal apps with Windows compatibility". I didn't get any super good hits, but I did find an article which reviews 5 apps and while none of the specific journaling apps mentions specific Windows compatibility, the author does mention Evernote as a cross platform solution and as an app which has many similar features to journaling apps even though it's more of a Notes app. I think I have to give Evernote another good look as well especially the Windows application because I'd love to find an app with Windows compatibility for keeping Notes for my business about tracking special orders and warranty cases. OneNote from Microsoft has become very interesting since the iOS app is accessible and now with John Martin's OneNoteBlind scripts it is also very useable on a PC, but I think in a way Evernote has even more features.
