I will agree the hard reset is sometimes necessary, although usually just turning phone off and on will do the trick. However, great podcast in applevis about net flicks. If you cannot tap a show, touch right side of screen,, double-tap and hold and still with your finger on the screen move swiping to the left rather slowly. That will take the last show on the line and move it all the way to the lefte. Now you have two more icons you can double tap to play. Takes some practice, but you do not have to turn off VO. I do not know how to place the link in the message, but I encourage you to check applevis podcasts. Saved me a whole lot of frustration!
