It means you can recharge your dead iPhone battery up to 3 times or maybe I
should say, charge discharge cycles. After that, you will need to recharge the
external battery.

Steve, you stated that there is enough charge from this device to charge the
iPhone three times? What does that mean? Does it mean you get three times the
normal talk time? I saw something in the description that referred to 27 hours
of talk time and wonder if that is what you referred to? I've ordered this
device today from Amazon. I believe I ordered the one with the talking
feature, as on Amazon's site, it was stated that this device has been available
since August of 2012. Thanks.

I have the mycharge. It has a male USB connector, as well as an iPhone
connector. It holds enough charge to charge the iPhone three times, at least.

The MyCharge Amp 6000 might do what you want and looks to have similar
features to mine, except that the power level doesn't talk.

Mine is myCharge Peak 6000 Rechargeable Power Bank
      1.. $79.99from: Amazon.com

The my Charge Peak 6000 Rechargeable Power Bank has 6000mAh of power that
will meet your most demanding portable charging needs. The Peak adds 27 hours
of talk time and can charge up to three devices at once. Built-in Micro-USB and
Apple connectors - plus the on-board USB port for use with your own cable -
will charge a variety of portable phones, tablets, and digital devices. The
built-in USB charging cable lets you charge Peak from any USB port, or plug
Peak's fold-out prongs into a wall power outlet for ultra-fast recharging. You
will know when your Peak is full via tone and voice notifications, in English,
Spanish, French, and Portuguese.

2.. Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.

I'm looking for another charger that has USB ports as well as a good size
battery but I want flip out wall prongs to so I can also use it as a power
supply. I don't care if it talks or not. I can tell if it's charging by the
battery meter on my iPhone. Anybody know of any good ones?

    Thanks!

      Hi.

I have bought the limeade 18000 and I got it the day before yesterday. I
like the battery very much.

You can use which cable you would like on the limeade 18000.

An advantage is that you can charge with a USB charger or a computer.
      Best regards Annie.

      > Morning list members after all the talk about external battery packs
last week. I wonder if anyone out there has an opinion regarding the following.
I am thinking of purchasing either a limeade 18000 or a peak 6000. the one
advantage to the peak 6000 is that it has the ability to speak status. Does
anyone on the list have a peak 6000? Also, come the end of the year I will be
roling over my two year contract and will be getting a new iPhone which I
assume will have the lightning connector so I don't want to be tied to a device
which has only the 32 pin connectors. I assume both of these packs have the
ability to use standard USB plugs with what ever connector at the other end.
Thanks to all for the help.
