Hi Mitch, Yes, you can use PayPal with iTunes since that is what I'm doing. When you buy an app and such you will get purchase confirmation email messages from both Apple and PayPal. As far as your purchasing settings, try launching iTunes then opening "Store" menu and pressing enter on "View Account." You will need your password (Listen closely to the message).
