If I may, I'd like to make a suggestion. Instead of using credit cards
where the info can be stolen etc, instead use gift cards instead. Yes, I
suppose it's always possible somebody can hack your account and wipe out
what ever you have in credit but the big thing is, they can't make off with
your credit card information if it isn't there. And, if you look around,
you can always find somebody having a sail on iTunes gift cards. I got a 50
dollar card on special for 45 dollars. Your credit card won't do that for
you.
Just a thought you might wish to think about.

Yes, you can use PayPal with iTunes since that is what I'm doing. When you
buy an app and such you will get purchase confirmation email messages from
both Apple and PayPal. As far as your purchasing settings, try launching
iTunes then opening "Store" menu and pressing enter on "View Account." You
will need your password (Listen closely to the message).
