Hello DJ, if you going as window you will see a couple of buttons a few of them being which of the call and add to contacts and whenever you hit that button, wussy one that says add to existing or create new, you want to create new one if you don't have his name there if you have his name there already when I had to exist. Now I hope of explain them well you need anymore help please do not hesitate to contact me off list and if you have Skype or another divorce we can FaceTime on that I can hear your voice over then we might want to fix this issue that way too.
