Hi. As for Braille the problem most likely is to be found in the Bluetooth management or the actual stack and not so much in a better processor. The Flash is improved in the new 5s phone and that might prove to be an improvement over older phones. I read on macrumors live that it should be possible to authenticate more than one user for the Touch ID so I guess it will be possible to share a phone with others and still use the finger print reader. As for securing the fingerprint ID one just hopes the security is good enough, but the same thng goes for immigration authorties where your finger prints are also storeed as part as a biometric profile. And other sensetive information flowing arountd the Internet with personal data. All in all I guess I will be happy to use the Fingerprint reader if it turns out to be stable enough.
