After Shoks Bluetooth ear piece? I heard they are pretty good. Somebody named, Lisa Belvill did a fantastic podcast on that, but I can't find it right now. Haven't tried that myself, but heard they can do all you want. Bluetooth, answer/end calls, not block outside environment, well, I don't know where they fit in your ears as I haven't felt them, but I heard they are suitable for hearing aids though I am not sure. Somebody better chime in to correct me here.
