Hi Annie,

So I believe you have had the headset for at least a few weeks, right? Was
this not a problem at first and it just started happening?

Where do you carry your phone? With some headsets even if you carry your
phone on the opposite of your body from where the Bluetooth radio is in the
headset can block reception. If this is not the issue than there is probably
something wrong with the headset. I would first remove it as a Bluetooth
device and repair it, if that doesn't help, then you will have to contact
Aftershokz as it most likely is a hardware problem with the headset.

Regards,
Sieghard
