Hi Annie, Then I think there is definitely something wrong with your headset because while having the phone on one side of your body and the headset on the other can cause connection problems, what you describe should not be an issue. I still don't understand how companies put out new headphones (the Aftershokz Bluez were released less than 6 months ago) and don't use at least Bluetooth 3.0. One reason why I am waiting for the Soundband from Kickstarter and decided against buying the Aftershokz. Yes, it's more expensive, but it also can be used via Bluetooth or wired, it uses Bluetooth 3.0 and while nobody has one yet, it sounds as if sound quality will be better.
