so my question is this, I was looking to see how I could email Apple support about this issue, and I went onto the site, and first of all my topic wasn't listed but I found something that said no topic listed, so then they wanted to do a diagnostic, no problem, but I couldn't double tap on the edit box to put my phone number or email. So I assume then I have to call them, but do I called the accessibility one or the regular I think it's one 800 my apple or something. oh and by the way, it is not my email, I deleted what I could, and I still have 6.2 gigs it just won't go away!
