Hi Kimber,

I agree the calendar is crucial and I totally understand your frustration.

You can get a sort of month view by backing out of the day view and flicking up
and down using heading navigation,

Also, On the day screen, you can use a three-finger swipe up and down to move
you through, and show you ranges of hours in your day so you can more easily
locate events. I.E. 9 AM to 5 PM etc. Doing this in landscape mode will show
you smaller increments (4 hours as opposed to 8) which may be easier to work
with.

Note though, that the three-finger flicks seem to be backward in landscape
mode. I'll check this further and write accessibil...@apple.com if necessary.
Can you possibly verify this on your end as well?

As for flicking, I'd really recommend sliding your finger down the screen. it's
much faster.

Hope this helps!

Smiles,

Cara :)

It does help a bit. One thing I particularly dislike is having to see
my entire day laid out and having to flick through hour by hour to
find my appointment. I also miss having the month view and the ability
to list all my appointments.

I'm currently using vo calendar, but don't like that very much either
as the layout seems quite odd. I also dislike having to use a calendar
designed for vo users particularly. I should be able t o use the same
calendar as everyone else without performing all kinds of acrobatics
to do it.

Sorry. The calendar is a particular sore spot with me right now.
