Hi Ricardo and Jim, I can confirm the volume not going above 35% once you turn it down below that number. Jim I did as you, I reset everything to default and went through the unpleasant experience of resetting my iPhone. But I think I have everything back the way I want it. It took a good hour to accomplish this task, but it's done!
