Hi, Sandy. Allow me to second Chris' suggestion about the "reduce motion" setting in accessibility. I don't know how much vision you have, but this is strictly a visual effect and, besides somewhat reducing battery life, I found just the same problems you did when "reduce motion" was off. Once I turned it on, the problems seem to be either resolved or so close to being resolved that I don't notice them. Note that this isn't just a touch screen thing, as you note, the keyboards had the same issue as do braille displays. Secondly, as to batteries, besides Sieghard's suggestion about applications, it may be worth giving an external battery a try. These have grown much smaller and much cheaper over the past few years, and you can triple your iPhone battery life for €30 or so if you don't mind carrying a small device around. HTH. Aman
