Christopher, To unlock this way you have to swipe left to right and there is no 1 of 2 at the bottom of the lock screen.

You should also see an item at the bottom, right above the dock, that says something like 1 of 2 pages, adjustable item. If you double tap this, it'll take you to your second page.
