I've also seen it in Feeddler. the problem could be in the apps. I
suspect Feeddler is updating the add that appears at the bottom of the
screen causing VoiceOver to reset it's focus. VoiceOver didn't behave
this way in IOS 6. I'm thinking it needs to be addressed in VoiceOver,
but maybe it can be resolved some other way.
Touching the screen to find your place when VoiceOver changed focus out
from under you doesn't help much with Feeddler. For some feeds, I'd just
do a two finger swipe up to read all of the feeds. Now I only get
through about five feeds before VoiceOver jumps back to the top. I have
to touch the screen in the middle, swipe left or right some to find the
feed that VoiceOver was reading when the focus changed and then restart
the reading with a two finger swipe down. I typically have to do this
three or four times now just to get through a page of 20 feeds. this is
particularly frustrating since the whole point behind a news reader is
to efficiently handle a lot of feeds.
