Hi Rick and Ron,

I don't get your logic, if you are right handed doesn't that mean you hold
your phone in your right hand and hold it to your right ear? Why would you
have it on the left side? Anyhow, my dog is on my left so my iPhone is on my
right side, if it rings and I don't have a headset plugged in I just pull
the inside case which snaps on the iPhone out of the belt clip portion of
the case with my right hand and all is good.

The case I am talking about and which I like best so far is a $5.75 USD case
from www.monoprice.com. I don't have time to go online now and find the link
or look for it in the archives, but I have posted it before and I think if
you searched the archives for "Monoprice" or "Monoprice.com" you should find
it. It was a few months ago. If not let me know and I find it and post it
again tonight.
The only thing I wish they improved on this case is the tension on the belt
clip, the spring could be a bit stronger. ?Apart from that for $6 it's my
favorite case, it swivels, nothing is in the way of the charging port and I
like the way the part that snaps onto your phone which protects the entire
back and the 2 long sides slides into the part you have on your beltand how
it uses friction to stay put. This also allows me to slide it in upside down
so the home button is up which actually makes the phone easier to use as it
is on your belt and I can even slide it in with the back of the phone facing
out if I was somewhere where I might not want people to know I have an
iPhone for security reasons.

Regards,
Sieghard

Hi Rick,

This started as somewhat of a joke but I wear mine on the left exactly for
that reason. I'm right handed also.

As for the vertical case, I had one for my iPhone 4 so they are around.
Mine was white but there are various colours. I got mine from Amazon. The
problem with the vertical case is that, when you bend down, the bottom of
the case presses against your thigh and the case pops off your belt.

Funny you should say that. When using my phone on my belt I used to wear it
on my right but started wearing it on my left. If you are right handed, it
sort of feels better this way because you don't have to switch the phone
from your right hand to the left which is the case if you are carrying it on
your right.

What I would like to find is a belt case that is vertical instead of
horizontal and is large enough to hold my 5s while it's in a battery case.
I'm sure there is one somewhere, just have to find it.

Best Regards,

Rick alfaro
