Susan, if a book has markup in it, that markup is available as long as the book is played on a device capable of navigating that markup such as an advanced NLS player, one of the portable players such as the Victor Reader Stream, or on an iDevice running the BARD Mobile app. The markup is not tied to a user's account.

The bard mobile app has the same functions as the advanced player. Above the play button will be a button that may say something like "front matter" that when you double tap on it, depending on the levels available in a given book, will toggle between all available levels. On either side of that button are buttons labeled previous and next, so you can then jump by whatever level you set.
