I am hoping that you have a fairly current backup either in the cloud or on your computer. I would roll it back to a time in place where Wells Fargo worked for you. I haven't updated and I don't have any problems with the Wells Fargo app on my iPhone4. Is that the only problem you are having regarding accessibility. I thought I had the online toll-free number handy, but I don't. Here is the main number for Wells Fargo, so they can direct you to the online department. 1.800.869.3557 Hopefully, they can assist you and you can inform them the problems you are having. Good luck.
