When I'm out and about, it's easy enough to have siri turn off WI_FI and Bluetooth. It's easy enough to turn both on again if needed. Even when I get a phone call, I don't need the Bluetooth radio on. It's very easy to have siri turn bluetooth on if I want to make a call and use my ear peace. It does make a difference in how long your battery power last.
