I would recommend List Recorder Full for recording lectures.
It uses the term list, the way computers use the term folder. Meaning, you can 
have a list, within a list, just like you can have folders, inside of folders.
So, say you are taking a history class. you could create a list called History.
Inside that list you could record a lecture, label it March 10th, or give it a 
topic name.
At the next class, you could open the history list, and record another class 
and label it, and so on.
Along with recording the class, there is a text field where you could type in 
text notes so you have your written notes with your recording.
It costs $7.99 and takes a bit of work to get good with using it, and there are 
some settings you may want to change.
