I agree that the lightning adapter is to short, and that it can course some 
problems. I look forward to see what solution they will come up with.

The problem with headphones are known from most microphones you can conect to 
the IPhone. It is not a really problem for me, because I use braille without 
speech most of the time, but I know that can be a problem to many VoiceOver 
users.

I really like the headphone jack on the IQ5. I like it for what it is a little 
very handy device, that can be in my bag, it is not perfect, but if I need to 
record something I can do it without thinking oh I have forgot my olympus ls100.

When we are speaking about microphones has anyone tried the røde mic for 
IPhones called ixy.
