The most essential commands are control-option-left or right arrow, to move left or right (like flicking one finger). Control-option-space will activate (simulate a double tap) the item VO just spoke. I don't know about this specific keyboard, but try just control-alt (alt and option are the same thing, usually) instead of that shift key. Yes, applevis.com is a great resource, and I encourage you to look up bluetooth keyboards and iOS to see what resources are available. Also, try control-option-k to enter keyboard learn mode, so you can play with all the keys and commands and hear exactly what they do.
