This is actually a good point if you plan to use the mini as a sort of laptop. Because of the larger size, the keyboard covers you can get for them are very nice because they can accomidate a larger keyboard that are usually very comfortable to type on just like a laptop. In this sense, the mini works very well and so does the regular full size iPad.
