At least iOS 7 will be out and we can use it before we switch phones, and that will help. But as I have heard from a lot of my Mac friends, Apple is slipping badly when it comes to accessibility. Of course, this is their opinion, but I have heard it from multiple people. So, we will just have to wait and see, keeping in mind the excellent resources we have on this list who have done beta testing. That's true, the difference here though, at least in my mind, is that this is coming from someone on the list who I think is pretty level headed. If I recall correctly, Sieghard was recommending people upgrade to IOS 7 when it came out because the advantages out weighed the annoyances and the different ways a few things worked. In this case, you have someone who I respect quite a bit on the list sounding the alarm. This gives me much more pause then the normal run of the mill complaints that come out whenever anything changes. I'll be looking forward to more information from Sieghard and others once IOS 8 is released and they aren't bound by the NDA they agreed to.
