Hi Dana, Apart from the size, better battery life and the fact that eventually you will be able to start using Apple Pay with an iPhone 6, there is very little difference between the 5S and 6. The speed between the A7 and A8 processors in real life applications is negligible and the changes in the camera for a blind person are also very minor.
