What's nice about Navigon is that I can download the maps I only need at a given time. Therefore, I'm able to save GB space on the phone. Also, once a year the maps are upgraded for free. I don't need much more than that in my area. If I really want or need the full function of Sendero GPS, I'll use it on my BrailleNote Apex. I could be mistaken, but I haven't heard if the Seeing Eye-Sendero app has added the ability to create a manual route like in the Apex. I use "My Way Lite" to create a bread crumb route and it has worked quite well. JMO.
