Well they're not trying hard enough... Everyone I know of is having this
issue. Even sighted users are having this issue, I have seen several forums
where sighted people are complaining that when they try to close an app
VoiceOver gets enabled and they have a hard time turning it off. LOL.

So it does seem to be a common issue, which isn't just accessibility
specific.

Hi,

Does anyone have a problem with the iPhone 5 and VoiceOver? When I press the
home button, sometimes it activates two or three times turning VoiceOver
off. It is hard to produce this on a consistent basis. I emailed
accessibility form Apple, and they say they can't reproduce the bug.
