I get two of those files. One ends in zllo and the other is like yours and that did show the photos. Now when I copy them it copies some of them and then I get an error copying. The error code is something like 0X0000000. Can't copy the info in the dialog box though. I'm getting closer. Now if I could find out why I'm getting this error.

After you plug in your iPhone, go to Computer, under "portable devices" look for your iPhone. On my laptop it's the last thing in the list and it says "Sieghard's iPhone 5S" because that is how I called my iPhone. Anyhow, press enter on that and you get a folder called "Internal Storage". Open it and now you get the folder "DCIM" which is pretty standard for most digital camera image folders. Open it and you should see another folder which has 3 numbers and some letters. In my case it is called "892ZLWLR". Once I open that I am in the list of all my picture with the familiar file names of "IMG_" followed by 4-digit consecutive numbers.
