I know that during past ventures into iTunes I stumbled over a feature that would permit one to enable VoiceOver from the iTunes screens. But for the life of me, I cannot now find that feature now that I need to enable VoiceOver on my newly acquired iPhone 6.

Can anybody give succinct, step-by-step instructions as how to do this in iTunes?
