Hi Fanus, Not sure about that one, I don't usually enable Voiceover this way, but I checked before I replied to Bill and I was able to enable it for my iPhone with iTunes 12.

I tried to switch voice over on with itunes on a windows 7 pc but for some reason the zoom button and another one which I can't remember were available to check or uncheck but the voiceover checkbox was not accessible. With the jaws cursor I could get to the checkbox but it was not checkable and I could not route the cursor there. I tried windows 8 and the same happened. That was with iTunes 11 so I don't know if that might have been the problem. Hi Bill, First of all, if you have a brandnew iPhone pressing the home button 3 times quickly should start Voiceover. Anyhow, if you want to do it via iTunes, hook up your phone. Find the iPhone button and activate it. I assume you are using iTunes 12 by now. After a few tabs you get to a treeview with all your items like Summary, Apps, Music, Tones etc. These used to be radio buttons in iTunes 11. It actually doesn't really matter since both in iTunes 11 the Summary radio button was selected by default and in iTunes 12 the Summary item in the treeview is the first item which you get to by default. All you really have to do is keep on tabbing a lot, probably around 40 or 42 times. You will come to where you have your device's serial number displayed, then you get to the Check for Update and Restore buttons and so on. Eventually you will get to a button called "Configure Accessibility" and here is where you press the spacebar and you can turn on Voiceover. But I would try a triple click of the home button first to see if that doesn't do the trick because it should.
