yes many many people have had problems with the update of ios. so what if the keyboard was talked of on this list before as I just switched from the 5 to the 6 plus and I did not pay attention to the keyboard stuff as it did not apply to myself at that time. But in getting my new phone and trying to get the keybord set up/ I had to learn to do a few things different. All of us are on different levels as to knowledge of the iphone. so is this list not to get help in doing things on our pc's or our phones /\. Yes it is taking Apple a long time to solve the problems with voiceover and seri this can cause for some of us to pull our hair out over these issues , so if you do think that one thing is asked so much go back and look at the first time you ever used an iphone I am sure that you do not become a rocket scientist on the first go , its a whole new learning curve for useing this so today is Thanksgiving and be thankful that you do know how to do things and be able to pass your knowledge on to others that may not be as swift as you may be. so god bless you for helping people that need the help. and be more understanding in how frustrating these issues may be to others , god is guiding your hand as you help others Happy Thanksgiving all Terrie
