Well said Terrie. My understanding is that this is a support group, yes for all 
things related to i'devices but a support group. Sarcasm amounts to bullying 
and in my opinion doesn't belong here. We're all capable of making rash and 
unfair judgements so reading back what one has written before pressing the send 
button is quite useful. Maybe consider how you might feel if you had a post you 
are about to send directed at you.
