Hi, I have the exact same problem. >From my Mac, I can access the VisualSVN server just fine.

I can browse the repository in Firefox from the same Win7 machine just fine. I use the latest versions of Tortoise and SmartSVN as of April 2014. Switching the Win7 firewall off doesn't help. My guess is that Win7 somehow interferes with the network communication on some level. Whats funny is that this problem is only since recently. It worked fine a few months ago.
