Hello Gustaf, VisualSVN Server 2.5.2 is an outdated version, you have to upgrade and see if it helps. Upgrade your server instance to 2.5.18 which is the latest maintenance release for 2.5 branch and see if it helps. You can download VisualSVN Server 2.5.18 at http://www.visualsvn.com/server/download/2.5/ The upgrade is *strongly* recommended!
If it does not help, export and attach VisualSVN Server's log to your reply. If the error is generated on VisualSVN Server than the relevant event has to be logged. Otherwise, I suggest to check if there is any proxy / firewall between the client and the server that causes such behavior.
