We have a server that archives to SFS console files it receives from any user. 
You could do something like that and add an FTP following the retrieve from 
spool or at midnight, whichever is preferred. Some of the function you might 
need is (a) write one file per userid per day, appending any files received 
during the day, and (b) spool cons close at midnight on each of the servers 
(can be done for a server from any machine having class C). All of the servers 
would need to have their consoles spooled to this one machine.

Any messages that shows up on a spooled console, including REXX say and those 
received via the MSG command, are captured.
