Was this stand-alone DDR or was this running in a virtual machine?

When CP initializes he's supposed to verify that all paths coded to a 
particular device are actually cabled to the same device.  We do the same 
thing if you plug in a new chpid.  This does not, however, apply to any of 
the stand-alone utilities.

If this was in a virtual machine, please contact the Support Center to 
discuss.
