The dumped tape by the VMFPLC had same first 5 bytes as VMFPLC2 has.
x'02' and 4 bytes "PLCH" or "PLCD" characters.
Only diffrence is length of the header record (PLCH).
In case of the VMFPLC, the length is 53 (5+48).  On the other hand, the 
VMFPLC2 has 77 (5+72) bytes header record.
