The format appears pretty simple. A 'PLCH' record that carries the FST and then PLCD records of up to 4K that carry the data. So the first file is $$DISK EXEC from 02/01/80 15:12, wich is F 80 and has 160 records. Those take 3 full 4K blocks (2,3,4) and a short one (5). And records 6 has the FST for the next file, $UPDTE MODULE. As you can see in the data this variable format file nicely has halfword length in front of each record.
