Status of OpenVMS PERL 5.6.0

Hello,

I see from the latest mail that 5.7.0 is being tested.

What is the current status of 5.6.0?

If I pick up the "latest.tar.gz" from CPAN, which is 5.6.0,
  does it have all the patches that are described on
  http://www.crinoid.com/perl560.htmlx?

If not, is there a tar or zip of a completely patched,
  5.6.0 for OpenVMS some where?

Is 5.6.0 ready to replace 5_005_03 in "production"?
