As you said to compile these codes I need to have Compaq C, which I don't
have. I only have Digital C++ on my systems. I would appreciate if you tell
me that can I use GNU CC compiler on Alpha VMS to compile this module.
Is there any way to install these modules on VMS Perl without Compaq C.I
don't know if possible for someone to get me a compiled version of these
modules.

No, it isn't. (Better not be, at least--someone did some horrible things to
make it work if that was the case) CXX is the C++ compiler. Perl stuff on
VMS does *not* build with C++.
You need to use Compaq C to build perl modules. Compaq C++ won't work,
unfortunately. They aren't compatible with one another, at least not this
way.
