It is confusing. John and I had different versions of handling symbolic links in Cwd, mine in blead but his in the CPAN version, and his based on new infrastructure in vms.c so probably more reliable. I will test his now and put it in blead if it checks out. That would eliminate the blead/CPAN discrepancy for Cwd, leaving only File::Spec discrepancies as far as PathTools is concerned. -- ________________________________________ Craig A.
