Hello,
I am running winVNC v3.3.3 V9 Service on 3 windows
2000 service pack 2 computer's. I have one in my
office and two at a customers site. I connect to my
customers network via LAN modem. Both of my customers
machines run in 256 color mode. When I connect to one
of my customers machines, to see the application they
are running, the screen looks fine except the colors
are all wrong. Like what should be black is gray, and
what should be red is blue and what should be green is
orange. I tried restricting pixels to 8 bit, I tried
all the different encoding methods, and I tried
changing my monitor colors to 256 and true color.
None of these fixed my problem. There must be some
setting that I forgot to set because it works fine at
other customer's sites. Please Help!!!
